Tier 3 Rebrand
Overview
While at DealerOn, I oversaw the implementation of Cadillac's new branding for the Design Team. This project spanned six months and 64 sites. My responsibilies included the following tasks:
- Scoping out the OEM's guidelines, presenting mockups, integrating feedback, and communicating concerns and alternate suggestions to both execute Cadillac's vision and meet our clients' needs.
- Providing LOEs and tracking hours for billing.
- Collaborating with Senior Designers to create fresh layouts integrating Cadillac's new branding in user-friendly, high-converting Homepages and Search Pages. Creating design tickets, reviewing work and requesting revisions, giving visual and functional direction.
- Working closely with customer-facing departments to ensure a smooth rollout to 64 websites in under 1 month. Reviewing designers work for quality control, managing pacing for the release.

This project was a huge win for DealerOn. By anticipating issues, constantly communicating, advocating for best practices, holding designers to high standards, and taking full owndership of the quality of our deliverables and timeline for execution, I was able to make a large-scale, complicated overhaul a shining success.
